4 JMB members held in Badda Photo shows the detainees in RAB custody

DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained four suspected members of banned militant outfit Jamaa'tul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) in North Badda of the capital city Wednesday (August 21).

They are-- Rafiqul Islam alias Yusuf, 28, Alamgir Hossain, 30, Mohidul Islam alias Saifullah, 22 and Harun Ur Rashid, 28.

Laptops, notebooks and books and magazines on militancy were recovered from their possession.
 
RAB-1 Acting Company Commander (CPC-2) Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Salauddin told Banglanews that the JMB members were nabbed on tip-off that they were planning sabotage activities.

Legal action against them is underway. Efforts are on nab their aides too, said the ASP.
