DHAKA:  Armed forces are ready to offer any kinds of help if flood situations deteriorate in the country, said Chief of Bangladesh Army General Aziz Ahmed.

Aziz Ahmed was responding to a question of journalists on the 4th day of deputy commissioners’ annual conference in Secretariat on Wednesday (July 17).

The army chief said: “We have told from army, navy and air forces that we are prepared if anything happens like this….the three services are ready to cooperate at any time, if you want.”
