DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) members recovered about one lakh pieces of yaba pills from the office of a courier service on Sunday (May 19) morning. 

Tipped off, a team of RAB-3 in a drive at the office of SA Paribahan at sector-7 in Uttara on the city area Uttara in the capital recovered the consignment of contraband tablets, said a text message from elite force.

Lieutenant Colonel Emranul Hassan, commanding officer of RAB -3 confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

Further details will be disclosed at a press briefing S A Paribahan’s Uttara office later in the day, he added.
