MUNSHIGANJ: The sixth-E span (super structure) of Padma Bridge was installed on 35th and 36th pillars at Zajira point making 1200 meters of the bridge visible.
The installation work began at Zajira point around 12:45 pm on Wednesday (February 20).
The seventh span (sixth-E) was erected after 27 days of the 6th span.
The 5th span was set up 6 months ago.
The 1st span was set up on September 30, 2017. Two-story Padma Bridge is being built for multipurpose. Concrete and still are main ingredients of the bridge.
