DHAKA: Three Prime Ministers of Australia, Japan and Bosnia and Herzegovina congratulated Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on her premiership for the fourth term.

Greetings were conveyed through separate congratulatory messages, as Prime Minister’s press wing confirmed the matter on Sunday (January 27).

Japanese premier Shinzo Abe, Australian premier Scott Morrison and premier of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić greeted Sheikh Hasina.

Sheikh Hasina, the Awami League President, took oath as the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for the fourth term on January 7.

The Awami League-led Grand Alliance achieved landslide victory in the 11th Jatiya Sangsad election held on December 30, 2018.

Earlier, AL came to power respectively in 2014, 2009, and 1996.
