NATORE: Gopalpur Municipality councillor Jamilur Rahman was hacked to death by unidentified miscreants in Lalpur upazila of Natore Sunday (Jan 20) noon.

Jamilur Rahman, 37, was councillor for ward-9.

The incident happened around 1:30pm.

Lalpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Nazrul Islam Jewel confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
