DHAKA: Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) President Lee Mi-kyung is scheduled to come here on Jan 20 on a four-day visit.
She is expected to visit the Rohingya refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar.
Diplomatic sources said Lee Mi-kyung will lead a six-member team in the visit.
She will inspect various project sites in Bangladesh cooperated by Korea.
Besides, the KOICA chief will hold meeting with various government and non-government officials in Dhaka.
This is the first time any KOICA president will visit Bangladesh since KOICA’s formation in 1993.
