DHAKA: After two hours of efforts, fire fighters managed to control the fire that broke out in Dhaka's largest kitchen market Karwan Bazar.
It took nine units of fire fighting teams to bring the flames under control around 6:15am, an on-duty officer of Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense Kamrul Hassan, told Banglanews.
The fire broke out around 4:30am at vegetable godown. No casualty was reported immediately, he added.
