6 found dead in Dhaka, Narayanganj

DHAKA: The bodies of six persons were recovered from Dhaka and Narayanganj this morning (October 21).

The deceased could not be known immediately, Banglanews correspondents reports.

Nurul Muktakin, Turag thana officer-in-charge (OC) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) told Banglanews that the bodies of two persons were recovered from Uttara sector-16 under the thana of the capital.

The bodies were sent to the morgue of Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital for autopsy, he added.

In Narayanganj, police recovered the bodies of four persons with bullet injuries at Panchrukhi in Araihazar upazila. 

M A Haque, officer-in-charge (OC) of Araihazar Police Station, said locals found the bodies and informed police this morning.
 
Later, police recovered the bodies and sent those to General Hospital for autopsy, said the OC.

MA Haque said they might have been murdered and later their bodies were dumped here. 

Police also seized two local pistols and a private car from the spot.
