GAZIPUR: The namaj-e-janaza of FH Priok and his daughter Tamarra Prionmoyi, who died in the US-Bangla plane crash in Nepal, has been held in Gazipur.

At 9 am, the janaza was held at Abdul Awal College ground in Abdar area under Sreepur upazila of Gazipur on Tuesday (March 20).

At 11 am, another janaza will be held at Matabbor field next to Joinabazar area, which is close to their house. 

Later, the father and daughter will be buried in front of Priok’s house, said Sani Ahmed, a cousin of the deceased Priok.

Almun Nahar Annie, one of the victims of the plane crash, also wife of Priok and mother of Tamarra, could not believe their death.

Earlier on March 19, the bodies were brought to their house at Nagar Hawla area of Sreepur upazila around 8 pm.
