DHAKA: A Supreme Court lawyer served a legal notice on ride sharing app service Pathao on allegation of irregularity about fare. 

Advocate Tanjim Al Islam sent the legal notice asking the authority concerned to explain how fare of Pathao service has been fixed, under which law on Wednesday (November 7).

The notice was sent to Pathao Limited, Chief Executive and Chief Technology Officer to reply within next three days.

Afzal Hossain, a resident of city’s West Shewrapara area, was victimized about irregularity of fare on two occasions.

The lawyer Tanjim Al Islam, on behalf of Afzal Hossain, sent the notice.
