DHAKA: Amid complaints of huge volume of calls, Director of Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control, and Research (IEDCR) has launched a hunting number - 01944333222.

From now on, a call made at this number will enter any among 13 hotline numbers whichever is empty.

Director of IEDCR Meerjady Sabrina Flora told media at the office in the capital at around 12:15 pm on Wednesday (March 11).

IEDCR Principal Scientific Officer Dr. ASM Alamgir was also present at the briefing.

The 13 numbers are as follows: 01401184551, 0140118454, 01401184555, 01401184556, 01401184559, 014011845560, 01401184563, 01401184568, 01937110011, 01937000011, 01927711784, 01927711785 and 16263
