GOPALGANJ: An unidentified woman was killed in a train accident occurred close to Gopalpur rail crossing area under Kashiani Upazila of Gopalganj on Saturday (February 29).

The woman was assumed to be aged 76.

The woman was plucking greens over rail track while the accident happened in the morning. On information, the dead body was recovered. Rajbari railway police was informed of the accident, said Aminur Rahman, in-charge of Ramdia police outpost which is under Kashiani Police Station.
