JHENAIDAH:  Three persons have been killed in separate road accidents in Maheshpur and Kaliganj upazilas of Jhenaidah on Wednesday (January 15).

A fourth grader was crushed by a microbus in Kaliganj, Milu Miha Biswas, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Jhenaidah, told Banglanews.

The victim was-- identified as Roni, 10, son of Bahajel Hossen—a resident of Dadpur village under Kaliganj upazila.

Meanwhile, two persons, namely kamal Hossen and Kholilur Rahman, were killed and four others injured following a collision between a three-wheeler and a truck at Bajra area in Maheshpur. The four injured were taken to Kotchandpur Upazila Health Complex.
