BARGUNA: Ayesha Siddiqa Minni, wife of slain Barguna youth Rifat Sharif, is coming to Dhaka for treatment.

Minni along with father Mozammel Haque Kishore got on a Dhaka-bound boat from Amtali of Barguna around 4 pm on Saturday (September 21).

Mozammel Haque Kishore said: “My daughter will be treated in Dhaka for her physical illness. Besides, I have some work in Dhaka.”

Minni is no-7 accused in the in the sensational murder case of Rifat Sharif.

Minni got bail from High Court on September 3.

22-year-old Rifat Sharif, from Barguna sadar upazila, was hacked to death indiscriminately by Minni's alleged former husband Nayan Bond and his aides in broad daylight in front of Barguna Government College on June 26.

A shocking video of the brutal attack went viral on the social media, sparking widespread outrage and demand for justice from the countrymen.
