BARGUNA: Police arrested Rishan Farazi, one of the main accused in sensational Rifat murder case in Barguna.

Barguna Sadar Circle Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shahjahan Hossain confirmed the matter to Banglanews Thursday (July 18) noon.

Rishan was nabbed in a drive carried out around 10am, he said.

Around 11am, Superintendent of Police (SP) Maruf Hossain told a press briefing held at Barguna SP Office that 15 accused have been arrested in Rifat murder case.

"Of them, 10 have confessed before the court their involvement in the killing while four are on remand"

Remand will be sought after producing Rishan before the court, said SP Maruf.
