RANGAMATI: A worker was killed as a timber-laden tractor overturned in Baghaichari upazila of Rangamati Saturday (April 20) night.

The deceased was identified as Tonoy Chakma, 27.

Four others including the driver were injured. 

The accident happened around 10pm.

Local sources said the tractor overturned after losing control in Sajek Road, leaving Tonoy dead on the spot and four others injured.

The body was recovered from the spot and the injured were sent to Dighinala Health Complex, said Sajek Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Nurul Anwar.
