Deed writer hacked dead in Barishal

BARISHAL: A deed writer has been hacked to dead by miscreants at Charmonai in Sadar upazila of Barishal early on Friday (April 19).
 
The deceased was identified as Rezaul Karim Riaz, 40, son of Sattar Howlader of Bukhainagar and deed writer in profession.

Some miscreants hacked him to death entering into his residence while he was asleep in his room in the early hours, said family members.

Nurul Islam, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Model Police Station, told Banglanews that it’s certainly a murder. On information, police recovered the body. 

Investigation is going on to find out the motive behind the killing and people involved the killing will be brought to justice, he added.
