DHAKA: Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Tuesday (March 19) cleared way for widening Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and constructing the third terminal, by lifting a High Court order that stayed tender invitation process of the project.
The judges at the chamber judge court issued the order responding an appeal from Turkish company.
Now there is no bar for tender submission in the project for expanding the airport and building the third terminal, Civil Aviation & Tourism Ministry Public Relations Officer Tanvir Ahmed told media.
