RANGPUR: Two cousins were killed as a bus carrying holiday-makers hit their motorbike in Badarganj upazila on Friday (Feb 22) afternoon. 

The deceased were identified as Shahin Ahmed, 21, son Shamsul Haque and Faruk ahmed, son of Razu Miah of Madhupr Dalpara village in the upazila. They are paternal cousins.

The accident took when a picnic bus coming from Rajshahi hit the motorbike in Ershad Bridge area, leaders the riders dead on the spot, said Anisur Rahman, officer in charge of Badarganj Police Station.

The bus was seized and taken to the police station, he added.
