DHAKA: A Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrim was killed and 22 others injured in a bus accident in Wadi al-Fara area of Saudi Arabia Friday (August 16).

The accident happened around 11:15pm local time.

The bus carrying 35 pilgrims to Medina had a wheel blast. 

Deceased Nurul Islam, 70, was from Feni sadar.

The injured were taken to various hospitals in Medina. Sources said, seven of them have critical injuries.
