CHATTOGRAM: Chattogram district administration started raiding wholesale hub of onion at Khatunganj in the port city on Tuesday (Oct 1) morning. 

Executive Magistrates Md Touhidul Islam and Md Ashraful Alam are leading the drive that started from 11am.

Magistrate Md. Ashraful Alam told Banglanews that to check whether an unscrupulous businessman was behind the on-going abnormal price hike of onion. 

Details will be given after the completion of the drive, he added.
