DHAKA: Passengers of all the airlines, from now on, must show photo ID card to get into the domestic flights.

Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh (CAAB) has issued the directive as stated in a press release, signed by Biman Bangladesh Airlines Director General (Public Relation), sent to media Tuesday (Feb 26).

The passenger must show any of his/her photo ID cards i.e. passport, national ID card, Smart Card, Driving Licence, Student ID or office ID, to get the Boarding card at the airport for domestic travels.

Biman requested its passengers to carry ID cards in the plane.

Otherwise they won’t be allowed to fly, it stated.
