DHAKA: Bharti Airtel announced further changes in its international management, eliminating the role of CEO International.

Following the appointment of Christian de Faria as head of the African operations last year, Gopal Vittal, currently managing director and CEO of the India activities, will take responsibility for the Bangladesh and Sri Lanka operations going forward.

The current CEO International, Manoj Kohli will give up the executive position. He will remain on the Airtel board as a non-executive director, reports telecompaper.com.
