Smart teams carry nothing but lessons learnt from past match. Considering the lost last match and the nightmare of getting bundled out for 76 Bangladesh should turn around tomorrow. They still have the advantage .The series for their taking if they win one of the two matches. They should go all out tomorrow and close the series .If not at 2-2 the cats would set among the pigeons. It would become extremely difficult winning the last match, as momentum would then be with Black Caps.
Having said this we must say it would be an easy task. New Zealand has now had a good feel of the wicket. After the disastrous performance of the first match they brilliantly bounced back in the second match. Bangladesh just piped them to the post .In the third match Bangladesh got swept away.
Match second and third proved that New Zealand has worked on Bangladesh strength and weakness. They executed that in the third match. The black spinners bowled much better than Bangladesh exploiting the conditions to their advantage. Bangladesh was paid back on their own coin.
Finn Allen returning to the fold has further strengthened batting. Latham, Nicholls, Rachin Ravindra have good feel of the wicket. Colin de Granhomme may fire any time. Ajaj Patel, Rachin Ravindra and Cole Mc Conchie have come to terms with the wicket. New Zealand has craftily demonstrated that they had prepared well for Bangladesh condition .It would not be easy subduing them.
Why coach had to experiment with the batting order pushing Shakib to four in match two and three? Why he had to announce before the series about sharing the keeping role between Mushfique and Sohan? These have definitely impacted in some way. Now we hear that the attitude of head coach towards Mahmudullah made him consider quitting from test after playing his carrier best innings against Zimbabwe in the one off test. Tamim also understood the attitude of the coach about him playing T20. If all these are not rumors team chemistry is not great at the moment.
Bangladesh cricket stands where it is now for the major contributions of senior players. None has the right to treat them with disrespect. Anyway I hope professionals would take these on their strides. 
What Can Bangladesh Do Tomorrow?
Losing the third match Bangladesh has lost the opportunity for making some changes in the team. The only change that would suggest would be letting Liton keep the wickets and replacing Sohan with Soumya for the match. Coach has made the damage talking to press about sharing the keepers role ahead of the series .No one can the decision of Mushfique now about keeping in T20 matches? Hope Shakib would be allowed playing at his now favorite position at 3 .Let Soumya bat at 6. Bangladesh is not a world beater that they would consider right hander left hander combinations. Would also like Shoriful replacing Nasum for the match.
The wicket is still not suitable for playing strokes by every one. The innings that Latham played in the second match can be a lesson for all. Bangladesh would require one among the top four batting till the 20th over. It is extremely difficult for new batsmen soring quick runs on this wicket.
Mahmudullah is a senior professional. After the toss everything is under his command. Unless he seeks advice even coach must not dictate. With series in the borderline Bangladeshi cricket admirers would not want any more drama,

Liton K Das, Mohammad Naim, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riad, Soumya Sarkar, Afif Hossain, Mahedy Hasan, Saifuddin, Shoriful Islam and Mustafizur Rahman.
