Finally, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) increased the match fees, allowances and other benefits for the first-class cricketers.
According to a BCB press release on Monday, the first-class cricketers, who had received Tk 35,000 before, have now been increased by 71 per cent to 60,000. And at Tier Two, the match fee for cricketers who got Tk 25,000 has increased by 100 percent to Tk 50,000.
For one of the two tire cricketers, the travel cost was Tk 2500. But under the new rules, the venue where the airport is available will have to pay the plane fare. And if there is no airport arrangement, Tk 3500 will be paid.
During the first class match, the daily allowance for cricketers was Tk 1500. But now it has been increased by 67 percent to Tk 2500.
