BNP calls half-day hartal in Bhola on Thursday 

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) today called a half-day hartal in protest of the death of its District Chhatra Dal President Nur Alam in Bhola on Thursday (August 3).

Earlier, Nur Alam was injured during BNP leaders and activists' clash with the police last Sunday. Two people died in this incident with him.

President of Bhola District unit Chhatra Dal Nur Alam passed away at a hospital in the capital on Wednesday.
