DHAKA: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that his party will take the decision in time regarding allocation of seats and forming alliance for the upcoming national parliamentary polls.
It’s not the perfect time to speak about who will get how many ministries, he said.
“None other than the Prime Minister has the rights to speak about this,” added Quader also Minister for Road Transport and Bridges.
Quader was talking to the reporters after visiting BRTA’s activities at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital city Monday (April 16).
While asked about Awami League’s decision on forming alliance with other political parties for the election, he said: “I’m not saying about whether the alliance will be formed or not; time will tell it.”
“Sittings will be started soon. The candidate having possibility of winning (the polls) will be given nomination, disregarding the ally s/he comes from”, Quader said further.
