President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed their shock over the tragic death of 24 people in a boat capsize in Korotoya River in Panchagarh.

Earlier, on Sunday (Sep 25), at least 24 people including women and children, were killed after a boat capsized in Panchagarh district Boda Upazila. 

The incident happened at 3:00pm today. 

Boda Police Station Officer- in-Charge (OC) Sujoy Kumar Roy confirmed the matter.
