A person was killed as auto-rickshaw overturned in Sonargaon at Narayanganj on Sunday (August 14).

The deceased was identified as Ziaur Rahman (45), a resident of Baribari village at Sonargaon in Narayanganj district.

The accident happened this afternoon in Lalati area of Asian Highway.

According to the information, when Zia rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) hospital with serious injuries, the doctor on duty declared him dead around 4:30 pm.

The Inspector in charge of Dhaka Medical College Hospital police camp Bachchu Mia confirmed this matter.
