A fire that broke out at a shoe factory adjacent to Rajbari, Rajmahal cinema hall in Demra of on Tuesday.

Duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defense headquarters control room Nazma Aktar told Banglanews that the fire had started at 1:05 pm.

“Being informed, five firefighting units rushed to the spot and are trying to bring the fire under control,” she said.

The cause of the fire and the extent of damage could not be known immediately.
