Three passengers of a pickup van were killed and one injured as a pickup van hit a standing truck in Netrokona.

The accident took place on Netrokona-Mymensingh road in Bagra Bazar area of Sadar upazila in the early hours. 

The deceased were identified as fish trader Roni Mia, his cousin Jonny Mia and a pick-up van driver Abu Chan. They were from Madhyanagar Thana of Sunamganj.

However, the identity of the injured was not known.

Netrokona Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Morsheda Akhter confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
