A fire broke out at a jhut godown in Ambagh area at Konabari of Gazipur city on Sunday morning.
Abdul Hamid, Deputy Assistant Director of Joydabepur Fire Service said, the fire originated at a warehouse around 7:00am and quickly spread to 10 other warehouses.
However, no casualties were reported in the fire.
On information, four fire-fighting units from Joydebpur and Kashimpur DBL fire services rushed to the spot to douse the fire.
The reason behind the fire could not be known yet.
