Ten more people died at corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in the last 24 hours.

They have died from coronavirus infections and coronavirus-like symptoms while undergoing treatment at the corona unit of RMCH.

The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours starting from 8:00am on Friday (June 18) to 8:00am today.

RMCH Deputy Director Dr. Saiful Ferdous confirmed the matter.

Of the deceased, three were coronavirus positive, and the remaining seven died of coronavirus-like symptoms, RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani said.

Of the dead, five were from Chapainawabganj while five from Rajshahi, he said.
