Imdadul Haq Milan, noted litterateur and director of East West Media Group Ltd (EWMGL), has been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of the Kaler Kantho, owned by country’s largest industrial conglomerate Bashundhara Group.

Imdadul Haq Milan earlier severed as the Editor of the vernacular daily for about 10 years before being made EWMGL Director on October 3 last year.

He has also been working as the Brand Ambassador of EWMGL.
Imdadul Haq Milan was given the charge of acting Editor of Kaler Kantho on July 4, 2011. He was made Editor on January 10, 2012.

Expressing his reaction, the noted litterateur said he will work together with all colleagues with renewed vigour to take the Kaler Kantho, one of the powerful media outlets in the country, forward further.
