Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a youth with firearms including one SBBL gun and one shotgun from Saral area of Banskhali.

The arrestee was identified as Alamgir Hossain Hriday, 28, son of Mofizul Ahmed of Kalu Boli's house in Madhyam Saral Paschim Para.

RAB-7 Senior Assistant Director Md. Nurul Abshar confirmed the matter.

He said on Friday (Nov 4) night, RAB team conducted a special drive and arrested Hriday.

Hriday was handed over to the concerned police station, the RAB official added.
