Police arrested three drug peddlers with 37 kg of hemp in Uttara of capital on Saturday (Nov 5).

The arrestees were identified as Rasel, Saidul Islam, 28, and Md Milon, 22.

Assistant Commissioner (AC) Intelligence-North Department Habibur confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said that the drug dealers were arrested along with hemp on the basis of secret information.

A case has been filed against the accused under the Narcotics Control Act with Uttara west Police Station, added AC.
