DHAKA: Overnight sharing has made a video viral on social media that filmed a woman, on her car, verbally abusing a traffic sergeant for being asked to move aside her car to free the lane in Mirpur-13 of Dhaka.
The traffic sergeant, named Jhoton Sikder, was heard requesting her repeatedly to move aside her black private car parked on a double-lane before Scholastica School Wednesday late hours (Sept 25).
Not being responded, Jhoton started to take snaps of the vehicle, with his mobile camera, to mark the number plate.
“Hey, whose car are you taking photo of? This vehicle belongs to a ruling party backed person. Whose car are you taking photo of? Don’t do excess!”: thus she started throwing rampant comments at him.
She became restless to roast the sergeant with more humiliating remarks.
“How much moneyed salary a sergeant like you get for the job?,” she repeated.
“We are people of the Prime Minister, OK? If you had courage… My father is member of the national committee. My father is MP, OK?”, she continued.
The woman made her toddler boy, seated besides her, a helpless witness of the heated fracas.
She moreover called Jhoton ‘a servant worth Tk 2’.
However, netizen took to Facebook the incident after Jhoton uploaded several clips on his Facebook account.
He narrated the incident on a status of how he was being humiliated by the self-proclaimed ‘MP’s daughter’.
