After the successful launch of it's ground-braking production "Letters to God" as part of Poplar Union's Outside in Arts Festival; Saudha, a leading Indian classical and global music, dance and poetry promoter in the West is due to release another unique production "A Touch of Sensuality".

This will be based on seductive poetry, sensual prose and music. Directed by T M Ahmed Kaysher, the production 'Letters to God" showcases hypnotic performances of dance, poetry and music by phenomenal artists from all across the globe. "Letters to God" portrays monologues of artists as well as dialogues between the conscious and unconscious self which is the reflection of the artists' own journey to seek solace from the torments of the current time.

The production includes a soul-touching devotional rendition based on Raag Desh sung by Srimati Koyel Bhattacharya and composed by T M Ahmed Kaysher. Renowned vocalist Padma Shri Dr. Soma Ghosh composed and sang a sublime song which was written by Sanjoy Mishra. This highly acclaimed production also includes a devotional dance by Kathak exponent Sangita Chatterjee and spiritual poetry reading from Tagore in Bengali and English respectively by a prominent spoken word artist Chandrima Roy and a fiction-writer Shree Ganguly. Iranian poet and musician Niknaz Mirghalami's mesmerising presentation of calligraphy, spoken words and music has added a special dimension to the production.

The presentations of the youngsters Tanisha Chowdhury, Anvita Gupta and Anayah Nirvana were exceptionally heartwarming. Background music was produced by a promising sitar maestro Sri Ramprapanna Bhattacharya and an English singer, song writer and pianist Will Lawton. Creative support was provided by Neel Malakar.

"Letters to God" has been immensely appreciated by musicologists, musicians and music lovers throughout the globe. In a written response Clare Potter, a Wales-based poet, writer, performer and educator said, "Your film is so very beautiful. It made me forget my skin and bones and expand to the true self. I'm so thankful for this wonderfully comforting and inspiring medicine in words, songs, music and image." Igor Orifici, a famous musician and researcher from Italy mentioned, "It was really wonderful to listen and watch. So full of devotion, love and surrender. Congratulation to you all."

Since the start of lockdown in March this year, Saudha has been broadcasting high quality presentations of arts and insightful conversations with leading artists from diverse  cultural backgrounds on a  regular basis. These live sessions are making a positive impact on people's lives during this pandemic and inspiring many other art organisations and art practitioners. Alongside online sessions, from now on Saudha will be regularly releasing unique productions of dance, music, poetry and other art forms under the direction of Poet T M Ahmed Kaysher. "A Touch of Sensuality" will be released by the end of Spetember and will include unique performances of sensual poetry and prose by poet Ahmed Kaysher and fiction-writer Shree Ganguly. The director of Sauda T M Ahmed Kaysher said, "We aimed to be part of people's isolation and offer solace through the presentation of various art initiatives during the time of covid crisis.

Saudha has always been leading and pioneering in terms of generating ideas and presenting exceptional art forms both from Urban and remote villages from all over the world. We are currently in the process of shaping many more exceptional and exciting ideas of production which will be of great interests to art and literature enthusiasts."
