US-Bangla ‘Customer Success Summit’ held US-Bangla Airlines logo

COX’S BAZAR: US-Bangla Airlines organized “2nd Customer Success Summit” at Long Beach Hotel in Cox’s Bazar on March 10, said a press release. 

This type of summit is the second time in Bangladesh Aviation History. Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism AKM Shajahan Kamal attended the occasion as chief guest, added the release.

As many as 800 Travel Agents and Corporate Offices’ high official attended the program. Summit participants were coming from all corner of the country and abroad. Summit events includes award giving ceremony, business meet between US-Bangla Airlines and travel agents, cultural event, enjoying Fanush festival at world longest sea beach and many more. Best of the best seller of US-Bangla Airlines went to Be Fresh Travels, Chittagong. 

The chief guest of the program handed over the key of one commercial plot at Purbachal American City as best of the best seller award. 

At present, US-Bangla Airlines connects all the major cities of Bangladesh. After achieving success in the domestic market, US-Bangla has successfully managed to spread its wings internationally; it is currently flying to Kathmandu, Kolkata, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Muscat and Doha with Boeing 737-800 aircraft. 

The current fleet of US-Bangla consists of four Dash8-Q400 and four Boeing 737-800 aircrafts. It is the only private airline in Bangladesh which is operating with fleets similar to the world’s best airlines. Within this year, 3 more DASH8-Q400, three 737-800 and 2 Boeing 777-300ER will also be joining the fleet to serve Jeddah, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Rome and London.

From its inception, it earned a solid reputation on dependence and received acceptance from the passengers for its on-time departure. Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) and The Bangladesh Monitor declared ‘US-Bangla Airlines’ as the best airlines considering her on-time performance and in-flight service. US-Bangla Airlines achieved 98.7 percent on-time flight departure, which is highest among all the airlines in Bangladesh. Since its foundation, US-Bangla Airlines has already operated over 35,000 successful domestic and international flights without any incident.

With the aim of facilitating the service for passengers, US-Bangla Airlines operates 33 sales offices in home and abroad.  For facilitating the import and export of Bangladesh, US-Bangla Airlines will be starting air cargo service very shortly. US-Bangla Airlines is only ISO 9001:2008 certified Airline Company and only airline in Bangladesh which is listed company in the Division of Corporation, New York, USA. Frequent flyer program “Sky Star” is more popular service of US-Bangla Airlines.

On 17 July 2014, US-Bangla Airlines first took to the skies with a slogan “Fly Fast-Fly Safe” and has been providing committed services ever since. Since its inception, US-Bangla received positive market response and presently holds a major share in the domestic market.  

Mohammed Abdullah Al Mamun, Managing Director of US-Bangla Airlines said: “From the very first day of US-Bangla Airlines tried to maintain their schedule and safety. We created US-Bangla is your airline by the business relations.”

Among other guests Canadian High Commissioner Benoit Prefontaine, ATAB President Monjur Morshed Mahbub, high officials from different government agencies and print, electronic and online media journalists were present on the occasion.
