DHAKA: Bangladesh national team cricketer Taskin Ahmed has tied the knot on Tuesday night (Oct 31).

The 22-year-old pacer got married with his long-time friend Syeda Rabeya Naima hours after he and his team-mates returned home from the South Africa tour.

Taskin’s family said, “The programme was held all on a sudden but everything was pre-arranged.”

Even most of Taskin’s fellow cricketers could not make it to the weeding, Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza with his family attended the marriage programme held in city’s Mohammadpur area.
