DHAKA: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader held separate meetings with Krishak Sramik Janata League President Abdul Kader Siddique and Bangladesh National Alliance (BNA) president Nazmul Huda.
 
Kader Siddique and Nazmul Huda made courtesy calls on Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, at secretariat on Thursday afternoon (July 26).

Kader Siddique first went to the office of the minister at 3:30pm and held a 30-minute meeting. Later at 4:00pm, Nazmul Huda met the minister at his office.

It has been known that the leaders discussed on upcoming general election and annexation of AL-led alliance. However, they have not said anything to reporters after the meetings.

A senior official of the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry confirmed about the meetings to Banglanews.
    
Earlier, Obaidul Quader paid a courtesy call on Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) President Mujahidul Islam Selim.
