NARAYANGANJ: Mentioning that BNP doing dirty politics with Khaleda Zia’s physical condition, ruling Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader said Khaleda’s treatment is not important to them but to find political issue.

Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, made the remark while attending a meeting on resolving traffic jam on Dhaka-Chattogram highway in Narayanganj on Tuesday (July 17).

On the issue of traffic jam during Eid, he said the government will prioritize preventing road accidents over traffic jam during the next Eid journey. We must work together to ensure a safe Eid journey. 

Narayanganj Deputy Commissioner Rabbi Mia among other senior officials of District Administration, Roads and Highways Department and Traffic Department were also present at the time.
