DHAKA: Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President also Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia isn’t an honest person as she accompanies the war criminals, Jamaat and militants.

Therefore, the government won’t establish any reconciliation with her, he said.

Inu was talking to the reporters after placing floral wreaths at the Martyred Intellectuals Memorial in Mirpur, commemorating the intellectuals killed in 1971, marking Martyred Intellectual Day Thursday (December 14).

“Hazard will rein (the country) if BNP couldn’t be displaced from the politics. No reconciliation is possible with Khaleda, by whatever the issue is—be it election or politics. They should be said farewell”, Inu added.

However, the minister further said that justice should be ensured for killing the intellectuals days before the victory in 1971, in a bid to lead the country towards the path of peace.
