Khaleda wants ghost government: Inu

DHAKA: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu has commented that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is trying to establish ‘a ghost government’, by avoiding the country’s constitution.

He made the comment at a press conference at his office in the Bangladesh Secretariat on Tuesday (November 14).

The press conference was organized to make a formal response over Khaleda Zia’s speech of November 12 rally.

Hasanul Haq Inu, also president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), said Khaleda Zia clearly said that no polls under Sheikh Hasina. She is speaking of supportive, neutral, non-partisan government one after another. By her declaration, she is claiming to hold elections under a ghost government while refusing to participate in elections under Sheikh Hasina or constitution. She is plotting to set up an unusual government, he said.

He further said Khaleda Zia has been pursuing weird form of politics since 2008, even now. She has not changed nor reformed herself.
