DHAKA: Awami League presidium member Mohammad Nasim alleged that BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia is the mastermind of August 15 terror attack on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

He raised the allegation while speaking at a human chain program in front of the National Press Club on Saturday (August 19). Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote arranged the program.

Mohammad Nasim, also the Health and Family Welfare Minister, said, “Khaleda Zia has created unrest in the country. She has to be vanished from the country forever. Then there will be no unrest in the country.”

Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof Dr AMS Arefin Siddique, journalist leaders Manjurul Ahsan Bulbul and Shyamal Dutta were also present at the program, among others.
