SYLHET: Refusing to comment on the opposition party BNP, Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith said, ‘BNP is so unrealistic that I don’t even care for them’. 

He made the comment at a relief distribution program among flood-hit people in Fenchuganj upazila of Sylhet on Friday (July 7).

Assuring the flood affected people of Fenchuganj while distributing relief goods, Muhit said there are enough foods in government food storage and more to come. We don’t have food shortage.

“Moreover, we are dealing to tackle flood with significant achievement. The prices of rice increased for a brief period of time but is has been reverted again. The government is always standing beside people in times like this.”
