DHAKA: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) carried out a drive and detained two suspected drug dealers in the Martyred Intellectuals’ Graveyard area of Mohammadpur in Dhaka Thursday (August 16) night.

RAB-2 Operation Officer Senior ASP Rabiul Islam confirmed the matter to Banglanews

A team of RAB-2 launched the drive on tip-off that phensedyl were hidden in gas cylinders, being carried on a pick-up van from Chapainawabganj, at the night.

1,900 bottles of phensedyl syrup were recovered from the pick-up van.

RAB nabbed Milon, the driver, and Jihad, the helper.
