DHAKA: A total of 30 platoons of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members have been deployed for the upcoming Gazipur City Corporation elections to be held on June 26.

From Sunday morning (June 24), the BGB members are on duty, patrolling at polling stations.   

Confirming the matter to Banglanews, BGB Public Relation Officer (PRO) Mohsin Reza said BGB will carry out their responsibility from 24-27 June until further notice is given.
