DHAKA: A youth was killed after a bus rammed the motorbike he was riding on Mayor Mohammad Hanif flyover in Jatrabari of Dhaka on Thursday morning (May 17).

The deceased was identified Nazimuddin, 32, a senior executive of English daily newspaper Dhaka Tribune’s marketing department. 

Eyewitness Md Rasel, who rescued Nazim to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said the accident happened as Nazim was traveling to Gulistan from Shair Akhra by his motorbike. He was critically injured after the bus hit the bike and rushed to DMCH where duty doctor declared him dead. 

DMCH police outpost in-charge SI Bachchu Mia told Banglanews that he body is kept in hospital morgue for autopsy.
